How do I pay for a Benoit & Matisse exchange item?

You will pay in the same way as with a new Benoit & Matisse item: Benoit & Matisse secure checkout. Simply "ADD TO CART" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

Step How long does shipping take?

Our sellers will fulfill your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 4 days after it is shipped.

1. You must have purchased your item through our website. You can email us at benoitandmatisse.com the item/s you wish to sell along with your order number. In the subject line put RESELL.

2. Please attach your own photos and describe your item- give us all the particulars, buyers love details. Please address any flaws and include photos. Include your asking price. The buyer will pay the shipping cost.

3. Benoit & Matisse will review your submission and notify you when it is approved.

4. Promote your piece! Social media, text, and email are great ways to drive traffic to your listing and get it sold.

5. Once your item sells, we will email you a confirmation and pre-paid shipping label.

6. Prepare your item for shipping by ensuring it is clean and well-packaged. Apply the label and drop the package off at your local post office or with your mail person.

7. Once the buyer receives the item and confirms the condition matches your description, you will be emailed to select a payout in either store credit (equal to 100% of the selling price) or a cash payout (less 30% fee).
