SHIPPING is processed 7-10 business days from the receipt of the order on in stock items with standard shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

i.e. If 2 day shipping is selected it DOES NOT mean you will receive your item in 2 days. It only means once your item is processed that is the approximate time frame for USPS. However it is still not guaranteed there will not be any delays as USPS is out of our control.

Items purchased at full price are eligible to be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. You must return the items to us within 10 days of receipt in order to receive store credit. All orders are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

• Items must be returned in the same condition, in packaging, un-worn, un-washed.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded for items being returned. Orders originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping charges removed from the return credit.
• Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and post marked for return within 10 days of shipment.
• If the item was purchased using a gift card/ promotion code/ discount code, all items in your order cannot be refunded, only store credit.
• Price Adjustment Policy: If you pay full price for an item that is later discounted, Benoit & Matisse will be happy to adjust the price if it is addressed within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at discounted rate are ineligible for price adjustments.
• Preorder items can be canceled if customer requests this but must be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed to insure that production has not been started on these items.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping cost.

NOTE: Please allow shipping time plus 7-14 days from the time your return is received to be processed.
